Q: Do I need an account to make purchases?

A: Yes, you will need to register for an account to purchase from us. This account entitles you to exclusive deals, allows you to check your order/ monitor delivery process, and your vouchers available. Q: I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?

A: Please track your parcels through the links in your "Order page" or Order Email. If the delivery has been delayed/ you have not received your parcel after more than two weeks, kindly email us at hello@theradlabel.com, we will be more than happy to assist you.


Q: The item I want is out of stock in my size. What can I do?

A: So sorry that your preferred size is out of stock. You may fill in your email in the "Notify Me" Box or email us to notify your interest. Simply email us at hello@theradlabel.com with the brand name, product name, colour and size of the item and we will inform you when we’ve restocked!


Q: Can I amend or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

A: We understand that sometimes, you might end up clicking the wrong item, or having second thoughts – but yes, you can cancel your order if the order has not been packaged and shipped out yet. Kindly email us at hello@theradlabel.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will refund you the payment made through store credits.


Q: What are the modes of payment?

A: We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.


Q: I need an item urgently! Is there a self-collection service or something?

A: Yes, we’ve all been in these situations before. Don’t worry, we’re here for you. For cases like these – you could self collect at our office or opt for express (next day) domestic delivery at SGD$5.

(i) Self collection – After ordering your item (do opt for free domestic postage as usual), simply email us immediately at hello@theradlabel.com. We will revert back to you with a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up. You may wish to collect your items from our Singapore office at 10 Ang Mo Kio Street 65, #03-11 Techpoint, Lobby B, Singapore 569059 between Monday to Friday, from 2-5pm. However, do note that all orders have to be collected within a week from the date of the notification email.

(ii) Express (next day) domestic delivery – If you are unable to self-collect, you may like to opt for this delivery option which costs SGD$5 during checkout.  


Q: How do I redeem a promotion code?

A: Log into your account at THE RAD LABEL and view your promotion code in the "My Vouchers" page. If there is a code next to the Voucher Description, input it before you check out. If not, the voucher should automatically waiver off the value stated once you have checked out.

If you have a special promotion code, and it doesn’t seem to work, it could be because it has expired, or perhaps the items in your cart is not eligible for this promotion. Do note that promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and only one discount can be used per order. Promo codes provided by Instagram influencers, tend to last for 1 week if unstated.

Q: The item that I’ve received is defective. What should I do?

A: Many apologies for sending you a defective item. We are more than happy to do an exchange for you!

  1. Step 1: Fill in our returns form as usual, and choose "Option 08: Defective product".
  2. Step 2: In the additional notes section, please state the item's defect.
  3. Step 3: We will process your defect claim and refund you the amount of your purchased item + the delivery fee you paid to return us the package. The amount will be refunded to you in the form of store credits.

Please note that minor variations in measurements (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect. Colours may vary slightly due to studio lighting conditions, or differences in computer screen calibration, so it will not be considered as a defect too. However, we will try our best to ensure that screen colours are true to life.


Q: How do I measure the clothes to gauge the correct fit for me?

  1. To measure the sizing of the clothes - here are the steps to take:
  2. Step 1: Get a measuring tape & your favourite outfit (similar to the design that you are checking out)
  3. Step 2: Use your favourite outfit's measurements as a gauge as to which size you should get

Measurement guide:

  1. PTP (across): this is the pit-to-pit, and it can be measured across the bust area of the apparel
  2. Waist (across): the smallest part of the apparel between the bust & the hips
  3. Length (down): from the shoulder down to the end of the apparel
