RETURNS 

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns.

Please print out the return form HERE and enclose it with your return postage.

3 Simple Steps to Take 

  1. Step 1: Print & complete the Returns Form
  2. Step 2: Enclose your form with your returns parcel & ship it back to us with a trackable mode of postage (address as seen in the Returns Form)
  3. Step 3: Await confirmation – once we have received the return item, store credit will be processed

Terms (Please read before returning) 

  1. 1/ Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached and the item must be purchased directly from us. The following items cannot be returned: orders made using promotional codes, sales items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags. Articles that do not meet all conditions mentioned will be declined.
  2. 2/ Return parcels must reach us within 10 working days (Singapore), or 20 working days (International) of receipt.
  3. 3/ Please retain a proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed. Do choose a trackable mode of postage as we are unable to process returns for lost parcels.
  4. 4/ Store credits will be issued to your account once your return has been processed (within approximately 7-10 working days)
  5. 5/ You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. We reserve the right to reject the return and any requests for store credit. An email update will be sent within 14 working days upon receipt of your return parcel.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like to do an exchange, please return the item to us and use the store credit to purchase an item of a different size/colour.

 

Online Store Credit

  • > Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • > Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • > To view your Online Store Credit Balance, log into you’re THE RAD LABEL account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed in your account under "My Vouchers" page.
  • > Orders placed using Store Credit cannot be returned.
  • > Online Store Credit have no expiry date, and can be kept for as long as you like.
